We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! Y'all definitely made a friend in us!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

In my opinion, this is the best dealership in Paragould or Jonesboro! Over the years I have been to different ones & yes, Bayird has them ALL BEAT! THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS! ,Courthouse, know what they are doing, and most of all they aren't pushy salesmen!!! My transaction was done within 2 hours! I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.
