My battery was dead and the way the car was parked, we could not get it jumpstarted. I called Kemna and they sent someone out right away with a jump pack and got the car started. I then went to the dealership and they got me right in and replaced the battery. They are very nice and made sure everything was taken care of.

I put 40,000 miles a year on my 2007 Silverado and it never skips a beat. I just change the oil and other fluids on time and it keeps going. Very comfortable seats and quiet interior.
Very nice and professional and helpful
Facilities are clean
Efficient and timely
Love this truck

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
was taken care of 100%-- no problems-all were friendly & shared what was happening & why- treated like our problem was important & will come back as needed

I have always been a ford for fan but lately I've been very disappointed when shopping for a used ford due to all of the frames being rotted ! I looked at this GMC Sierra and it was actually perfect and much more horse power and used less fuel ! I am switching my Love for Ford to GM
Great service. Fast and friendly. Cody and Caleb both did great work and did not waste our time. Worked quickly as we didn't have much time and did what they said they were going to do.
Best Vehicle I've Owned

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
Went to Kemna's for service. Went inside and was met by people with lots of respect and wanted to get the job done!!
Does anyone really read this? Lol

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
I started using Kemna Auto in 2011 when I purchased my new car after getting shabby service from my local dealer. I continued using them for maintenance, again, when my local dealer couldn't fix an issue I had with my vehicle and refused the level of service that I needed. Although it's not ideal, I select to travel the 30 minutes for routine maintenance. They are friendly and very accommodating and I've never had an issue with them. They seem to bend over backwards for my business.
Car is poppin' for the price

Definitely feel like i got some bang for my buck on this one. The Gas mileage is OUTSTANDING!. Sleek little car with a ton of interior space and ridiculous get up and go for such a tiny, gas saving engine. I think overall to say I am pleased would be an understatement.
I purchased my 2012 Camry XLE in 2015 when it had 26,400 miles. It now has over 79,000 miles and is running like a charm. I drove it to Alaska in 2016, a 7500 mile round trip, with no problems. I feel safe in this car and will consider another one after it reaches 250,000 miles!
Roomy, excellent fuel efficiency, handles very well, Responsive engine, looks great, USB port, love the fuel tracker, programmable vehicle options on the touch screen, Bluetooth for hands free calls. So far love the Camry!
Bought it used from Carmax had 31,000 miles 4 months later won’t start now has 35,000 miles got towed to dealer and of course it’s not the fuel pump because that is covered under warranty it’s the electric module that makes fuel pump work . So now I have to pay 3 00.00 some dollars. But yet I see all kind of people posting about this part really Ford . First Ford Never again back to Chevrolet
The car does not have automatic windows nor does it have automatic locks. It is poor on gas. It has an antenna. It is horrible.
