I originally reached out online looking for a used Kia EV that was showing up on their website. I got an immediate response from Josh and was able to set up a test drive right away. Josh was great during the visit to the office and the test drive, with ABSOLUTELY ZERO pressure, which is one of my pet peeves. We decided to complete the purchase at that time, and other than sort of a long wait to meet with Finance, it was a smooth transition. Amir in Finance made the process fast and easy--electronic signatures really make the process fly along!--and he was very clear with his explanations of what we were signing and why. Also zero pressure on the extended warranty and service contracts. By the time we were done signing the car was ready for us. Overall, a really pleasant experience from top to bottom.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

When I found I car was disabled the service folks diagnosed the problem over the phone, on a Saturday no less!!! Very helpful and they come to my house for free with a new battery and changed it out for free (not the battery but the labor was free). 'VE R Y IMPRESSED !!! Thank You Cleve!

The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! Pros- -low to no maintenance cost -Technology is unmatched by any competitor -Quick and agile 0-60 in less the 4 secs -added security features are extremely useful -App is user friendly Con- -not comfortable to drive for long distances -limited rear cargo space for large items -the interior material is subpar -tires wear much quicker -depreciating at much faster pace than others

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

Reliable and comfortable car for short or long trips. Great for big families also for businesses. No to bad gas mileage (15-18 mpg). It has everything you need.
