Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. Exceptional service. I went to purchase a pre-auction car for my son. When we arrived on December 1, 2015, JP greeted us and showed us the car that we were interested in. With the car being a pre-auction car, the price was unbelievable so we really didn't know what to expect. JP immediately handed over the keys and my son and me, went for a short ride. We knew that we wanted to act on this deal immediately, but it was closing time. With the car being such a good deal, I was afraid that they would sell it before I could return. JP and his manager secured the car. I was scheduled to return on today. I called JP and it was a while before I received a response. Meanwhile, I contacted the dealerships' direct line and the receptionist stated that JP went home ill. I was convinced that the car was sold. As I was waiting for the receptionist to secure the manager, JP contacted me and let me know that Mr. C would be handling the deal. In addition, the manager contacted me to let me know that everything was a go. My son and I went to the dealership and took delivery on the car as planned. With a pre-auction car, you really don't know what you are getting but to my surprise when I returned home, the previous owner left the service records in the glove compartment. This made me feel even better. The customer service which I received was great! I would recommend this dealership to friends, family members and anyone who needs a dependable car. I feel that they are honest and trustworthy.
