The service department here is the best! The dealership across the river I bought my new Tuscon Hybrid limited from really dropped the ball and another dealership in Florida tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully. I was thinking we were going to have to lemon law out of the new vehicle we spent months researching and finally purchased because of a wiring harness that was a problem from the factory. Taylor was the 3rd try to remedy it before we gave up on the Hyundai brand. Turns out 3rd time the charm is a saying for a reason...or more likely the Taylor Hyundai service department is just better than the rest and try harder to solve your problems. Now that we love our car again, we will drive across the river for our next Hyundai.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. I'm grateful and pleased with the A1 service I have received at Genesis. From the time the service doors go up and the service advisor greets you, the premium treatment begins. Maintenance service was performed, but my major complaint was upon the return of my vehicle (with white interior) I found smudged dirt on my middle console and seat, and the carwash was appreciated, but not if attention is not at the level of service. I think Genesis upholds a standard of premium class, and its important to make sure it's carried throughout at all levels. (even with the complimentary carwash). This is my 2nd time with the same complaint. It's unacceptable and damages the reputation of the service. I love my GV70, so I want others to extend the same care. This is why I couldn't give 5 stars for service.
