2021 Genesis G80 review
This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

2017 Genesis G80 review
So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

On Saturday 3/29/2023 I had an appointment for The Works service with a car wash. It was taking longer than I thought it would tske so I went back to see what was taking so long. I found the machanic driving a socket on the lug nut with a hammer. Didn't say anything, when I got home I saw where Two lug nuts had the cap broken off. The machanic nor the service man said anythink to me. I bought the car new on July 7, 2012. The nuts were off on many times since that date as I always get service when due. Glad they took pictures before they workrd it as now they owe me two new lug nuts. I will taalk to Tim Kelly about this bat way of doing things.

I have to come back and provide an update. When the Actual General Manager, Sam heard my story he called me and immediately went into action. He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! 2020 Genesis G80 review
Has lived up to all of our expectations. Lack of a nearby Genesis Dealer?Service Center has been the only drawback as the closest one is 30+ miles away. As a result the free Valet service offered by Genesis requires many weeks of advanced notice.

2023 Genesis G80 review
I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

My wife's 2020 Sonata had A/C problems. It quit cooling.. The advisor I was assigned to was busy so Andrea M. helped me. The absolutely BEST thing that could have happened. I was charged $330. for the diagnosis (a little excessive but if I repaired the car there the money would be refunded).. Andrea called with the verdict... since it was out of warranty by 5 months it would cost me $3400 to fix the A/C system. My reply: don't do anything. When I picked up the car she told me not to fix it until she called. When she did she told me that because the car only had 20000 miles on it Hyundai would fix it under the warranty. SHE had to be the one who initiated the process since she was the only person who knew what was going on. Andrea arranged for a loaner. A few days later I picked up the car (A/C fixed and a recall service done). I even got my diagnosis fee returned. Andrea changed me from a very unhappy customer to one that wrote this positive review.
