The building is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as we walked in we knew it was going to be a good day. Every detail, from the Bang and Olufsen sound system to the minimalist decor, spoke of elegance and class. We walked over to Robert (Bobby) to ask a question about our visit and he was the perfect person for this. Instantly, he asked a few questions to us and we were on our way. He engaged with our daughter so that she was comfortable as we got down to business. Everything was straightforward and transparent which we appreciated. Each time there was a potential challenge, it was turned into an opportunity and we left happy and satisfied! This is our second Genesis, so we knew what we were buying, we just had no idea WHERE that was going to be. We are in the market for another Genesis in about a year or so and there is no doubt that Bobby at Genesis of Ontario is the one we want to help us with that too! I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

This car is dependable, stylish, and has a lot of upgraded features for the money. It also has a lot of interior room for front as well as rear seating. It also runs on regular unleaded fuel, which saves money. The standard brakes and suspension are okay, but could be better. The quality of the factory paint could be better as well. I would prefer if it came with a wood steering wheel instead of the standard leather, which tends to wear out quickly. Overall it is a great car.

Lots of interior space and it is beautifully designed. From the second you sit down, the vehicle screams luxury. The panoramic sunroof is lets in lots of natural light and makes the car feel even larger. Controls are right where they need to be and very easy to use. Added plus was the wireless charging pad for my cell phone! This car does more than compete with the Mercedes's and BMW's.....I think it beats them hands down!

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

Only owned for a few weeks now, but so far the experience is excellent! Lots of different controls to get used to but I would have to say this is a luxury car that competes very well with the more expensive guys. Hyundai really has stepped their game up with the Genesis.

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

This is my third Genesis G80 (2012 and 2017 previously), now a 2022 model. The comfort and technology and safety are the best around. I think the exterior styling has gotten bah - the 2017 showed mor "muscle" for a luxury sedan. Genesis has also gotten more expensive than they used to be - still better (less expensive) than the competitors but it used to be a great deal - now just OK. That said, Genesis does need to "fix" their interface with Carplay on Music - it used to work great but now, it does not show all my artists or playlists (they are on the phone). Many car manufacturers think this "feature" is safer but it isn't as now I need to pick up my phone to find what I want. Ugh - it used to work great on my 2017 G80.

We love everything about this car. More comfortable and powerful than our previous car, a 2015 Cadillac XT Luxury and the infotainment system is breathtaking. You can select drive modes for comfort, sport, economy and it adusts the engine and ride appropriately. Navigation screen is beautiful, radar enables hands-off lane following and warnings of crossing a lane line.
