They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

This vehicle can be placed along side of the Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, etc. I test drove all of the previously mentioned vehicles and the G90 provides all of what I wanted and with extra features. You get more bang for you buck!!!! No Buyers Remorse on this end!!!!

the one problem i have the stering wheel leather is craked the car is a2017 g90 with 22,500 miles genesis will not cover that this a top the line car used very little you would think that genesis would take care of that.

After some research and a nice test drive of my neighbor's 2017 G90, I knew it was going to be my next car. Got the exact car I wanted, which is the 2017 5.0 Ultimate black on black. Thanks to Genesis's generous warranty, I still have 14 months left. It's one heck of a nice machine. For the money, it exceeds the 17 LS460 leaps and bounds. I had been a Lexus owner for 27 years and 5 different vehicles. But this G90 is great. Lot's of tech, comfort and looks. Now here comes the "BUT". The Service isn't quite there. Granted, I made the terrible mistake of taking my car in for an inspection towards an extended warranty to the wrong dealership. All I will tell you is they botched the O ring to the coolant system replacement, and kept my car 8 days. So, before you buy a car, whether it be at a local dealer or on line, visit all your local Hyundai/Genesis dealers and take a tour of the service department. See how clean, prepared and connected they are to the Genesis brand. Each dealer is different so find a good one. Overall, the Genesis is an exceptionally thought out and updated car. You won't be disappointed.

Never even heard of it. My best friend asked me to drive his car, a used G90. After a 10 minute drive I couldn’t get that car off my mind. Never have I driven a car as quiet and solid feeling. One week later I bought a used low mileage G90 3.3 twin turbo. Two months later I bought Used G90 low mileage 5.0 v8. These cars are incredible. Also, both cars still under warranty (5 years 60 thousand).

Not pushy like other dealerships. Very easy. Didn’t pressure you. Very nice. Big selection.

I came out of a Mercedes E350 and was looking for a larger more comfortable ride because I am on the road all the time. I test drove Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Acura, Volvo, at al. The G-90 equalled or exceeded all of them and for just over HALF the price. Amazing, great value car.

Came in looking for a specific used Audi they had available and I was assisted very well by the sales staff. So far so good. I really like the car.

I had a 13 Equus Signature and truly enjoyed it but it's signature air ride became it's downfall. Traded to a G80 Ultimate 5.0 on a lease but found that the front seat hit the back of my legs wrong on trips over a couple of hours. Found a low mileage 17 G90 Ultimate and got my comfort back, ride almost identical to the air ride Equus and have cooled seats in the back to boot. The 17 Ultimate didn't have the screens. Love the extra room in front again and certainly the extra head room with just a plain sun roof rather than the pana-rama roof that eats up space by the sun visors. Glad I made the move.

The G90 is an excellent vehicle. I have owned Cadillac, Lincoln, and Lexus, this 2021 and the 2018 G90's I owned are by far my best owned autos. With the Lincolns and Cadillacs I was on a first name basis with the service manager. The Genesis's only went back to the dealer for scheduled maintenance. What more can I say, luxury, performance, attention to detail and overall quality are all outstanding.

I bought my G90 Ultimate AWD new about four years ago and have loved it ever since. It is comfortable and many have mistaken it for a Bentley. I've driven newer G90s which do not compare to the 2020 model. I will never part with this vehicle until it falls apart which will probably be years from now as I've never had a maintenance problem.

This is the finest luxury sedan in America that almost nobody knows about, thanks to the bungled Genesis launch and lack of advertising for it 6 years ago. That being said it is spacious, reliable and a tremendously good value. I have driven mine for 6 years now and the car is as tight as the day it came out of the showroom - not a squeak, rattle or part failure once. It is also just about the last of the "normal" big V-8's that burn regular gas and don't have or need turbos to make up for all the forced downsizing cars have gone to 6's and 4's to meet insane proscribed mileage average standards.

Took delivery of a Genesis G90 in March and am very, very pleased. The ride, handling, technology, materials, build quality, quietness and performance are excellent. The twin turbo V6 is an absolute gem - even more responsive than the very good V8s in other Genesis and Equus cars I?ve owned. In my opinion, the G90 is close to the equal of a similarly equipped S-Class that costs $45,000 more. The G90 does not equal the Mercedes in prestige or status and probably never will. But it's a fine, world-class luxury car at an outstanding price.

Bought a 2019 G90 Ultimate V8, and absolutely LOVE this car! Power, AWD, Class, and Amazing Comfort! This car has just about every option you can think of as standard equipment. Makes long road trips seem easy and coddles you is serene comfort the whole way there. So far have 40K miles with no issues of any kind whatsoever!! Done my research and was considering the BMW & Mercedes, but walked away from those due to reliability and ownership cost issues. Compared the G90 to the Lexus LS460 & LS500, and honestly liked the car better due to the comfort and quiet, not to mention the cost savings! Everything i read is that this engine is one of the most reliable ones out there and so far everything on car is just like it was the day I bought it, so I would highly recommend this car to anyone!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Lenny. He started here a week ago and it was his first day on the floor with this dealership but you would not know this as he is very experienced in the field . Lenny was professional and personal, I normally hate going to dealerships but Lenny made it a pleasurable visit and buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and gave us different options to look at based on my preferences Definitely no presure, gamics or xx going on. Lenny and the finance dept manager were both straight up and forth coming with pricing, trade in value and all fees. We appreciate the respect given to us. We definitely would recommend Lenny and the dealership and would definitely be back when it’s time to trade in.

Comfort was the prime element for my wife due to prior orthopedic surgeries and had become uncomfortable even in our Acuras. We have had 3 long road trips in this G90 and you do not get beat up, stiff, and tired, even after long 10 hour days on the road. LOVE this car, well appointed, organized and conveniences, some of which I am just discovering after many months.

My 2026 "high-line euro car" was recently repurchased by the manufacturer. It presented an opportunity to rethink my brand loyalty and look at comparable options in the crowded SUV segment. I have always admired the Genesis SUV's and with the repurchase complete, I did a deep dive researching and asking all about Genesis vehicles in general and Genesis SUVs in particular. I test drove a GV70 Sport Prestige and a GV80 3.5T Prestige and decided it was time to move from high performance and handling to comfort and luxury. With my decision made it was time for the hunt to start with a nearby Genesis store. After a week-long and unproductive tennis match it was time to look elsewhere. Using their online email feature, I shared my interest in the GV80 along with my price, terms, and conditions. Within 30 minutes I received a telephone call from Jay, one of the Sales Managers, assuring me he had the GV80 in a variety of colors and could / would meet my price, terms, and conditions. Jay staged a few color choices just outside the showroom prior to our arrival. He worked with us to expand our search while fairly, accurately and thankfully pointing out pros AND cons for each of the vehicles in which we expressed interest. After finally making a decision Jay handed us off to Nick, our Sales Representative, who immediately earned our trust and confidence. He is a true professional rather than the stereotypical car salesman. He spent all the time required to meticulously highlight and explain all the tech features of our GV80. He never rushed or looked at his watch as he conducted a ”how to” master class. Odis, the Finance Manager, was well prepared with all the required paperwork completed, accurately, and ready for signatures. He immediately stepped in when it was determined the wrong vehicle was prepped and staged for delivery. While oversights happen Odis righted the ship within minutes and had our vehicle of choice sparkling and ready to head home with a full tank of gas. Odis did his job offering a variety of add-ons, but I never felt pressured and his affable disposition resulted in my willingness to buy a tire and wheel protection package. The team at Genesis North Aurora are grand ambassadors for the Genesis brand and the Genesis of North Aurora store. Jay knows his inventory, Odis knows the numbers and Nick is a "tech guru." They're fun and fair professionals who will do whatever they can, within reason, to sell or lease you a truly remarkable vehicle - this comes from someone who has been an "ultimate driving machine" loyalist for years. I got over my brand allegiance and only wish I had done it sooner - my GV80 3.5T Prestige Black Edition is the pinnacle of comfort, safety, and technology with more than adequate power and performance.

I think this is one of the best luxury cars ever built! Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, Jaguar, and BMW better watch out! I definitely made the right purchase.

This is my third vehicle in Hyundai luxury line. I have owned the 2016 hyundai genesis Now the G80; also owned 2016 Hyundai Equus; I now have purchased the the genesis G90. over all I like the luxury and the reliability; The G90 is quality beyond compare; I had a Mercedes sclass; Its not a Mercedes, but for the money I would take The Genesis anytime the size of G90 is comparable to the sClass; I like this car!

Moved up from the G-80. Really enjoy the very comfortable ride and the excellent gas mileage. Took a while to figure out all of the bells and whistles that that the G-90 a valve luxury vehicle.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ashley & Alana over at JC Lewis Ford back in December of 2025. It was a very good experience, all in all. Communication was great, replies were almost instantaneous. I made the trip from Louisiana to Savannah to purchase a F150 Platinum that was fairly difficult to find elsewhere. When I arrived at the dealership, the entire staff was very professional, and welcoming. The entire transaction took very little time, from when I arrived, to when I finished in financing, and drove off. Though it is quite a distance from me, I would certainly consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future if at all feasible. I recommend you stop by them before shopping other dealerships (I had communications with several during this process... some downright awful, so it was refreshing to walk away having a pleasant buying experience). The 5.0L V8, All-Wheel Drive, fully loaded "Ultimate" edition of this car is spectacular. It has more technology and rear passenger "Executive" comfort than the A8L 60, which is $25,000 higher in sticker price and has a shorter initial bumper-to-bumper warranty.
