Sales person (Yakila) is very good in taking care of customer. But his supervisor may not be interested in closing the deal as she didn't want to negotiate. I am still looking to buy the car.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Might be the best car I have ever owned. Don’t be deceived by the published range … the regenerative breaking as miles to your range. Unlike older EV’s there is not A decrease in the range when using heat or AC. Styling is excellent… power is incredible.

My absolute favorite place to buy a car! Marc is the BEST! Nicest guy, always honest and real with you. I can't say enough good things, I would go here and trust them! They'll do the best they can for you, even in these crazy times! The dealers are very nice too, they aren't trying to rip you off or scam you, they get that you want the best deal you can get. I came across this dealership, Automotive Avenues, by chance and I am so glad that I did! I was looking at different cars on their website, but it honestly looked like it was "too good to be true" price wise for the cars that they were offering. I started the process with Anthony, who is in the online sales. He was so responsive and right to the point. He was communicating with me even on a Sunday when the store was closed! I was still not convinced and I thought there had to be more to it. He was very clear about the "No haggle" policy, which I love, and told me specifically what fees they charge. I decided to drive from Harrisburg, PA (3.5 hour drive) based on all the information that I had. I was looking at FOUR different cars that they had. They were kind enough to offer to hold one of them for me. It is not what they normally do, but they gave me an exception till I got there, since I had a long drive. Once I got there, I was amazed by how busy the place was on a Monday afternoon and how many beautiful cars they actually had on their lots! I was greeted by Charlie Jackson, one of their 22 sales people. He introduced himself, asked me if I was working with anyone. I told him that I've only spoken to the online sales, but I had an appointment for 5:30. He took me inside to check in, asked me if I wanted water or coffee then took me to his desk where we sat and discussed each one of the 4 cars in details including their Carfax and any other information that the dealership had to share with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable! After that, he brought the cars to the front for me to look at and test drive (except for one because I was looking at all electric cars, and the battery was not charged in that one) so we walked to it just so I can see it in person. Once I saw all of them and test drove the 3 that I could, I decided on one ( which was so hard because I wanted to take the 4 of them home). The one that I bought was a 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. It was like brand new with just over 1100 miles on it! It was the car that I really wanted from the beginning and I ended up getting at the end. After that, we worked out the numbers on my trade, which I was NOT very excited about because it was about $1500 less than what I got from others! I agreed to it and they started to process the transaction. They stayed with me till about 9:30 pm, way after they were supposed to close, just to accommodate me so I would not have to drive again the next day. I must say that I change cars every 6-12 months because I love cars, and (other than the trade) I've NEVER felt as good purchasing as I did this time. Thank you very much and I will be back for my next one soon. You are doing things right and it is worth the long drive for sure.

Visited Ken Vance Honda pretty much knowing the vehicle we wanted to buy, color was the only thing open for debate. Ryan Borchardt guided us through a test drive, features review and purchase process. He was knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the features of the Honda CR-V. The purchase went smoothly. The color was eventually white.

Car shopping can be a stressful experience, as no one likes to have buyers remorse when making a large purchase like a new vehicle. For me this is a big deal, so I wanted to make sure I did my research and found the car that I really wanted. It was a multi week process, I test drove 5 different vehicles, before I walked into Genesis of Edmond. What a great experience at Genesis of Edmond! As you walk in to the facility it feels low stress but nuanced with nice touches., like casual seating areas with comfortable chairs. A great coffee area that is easy to access with really good coffee. But more importantly the people did a great job. My sales person Rajip was perfect, low pressure, and very knowledgeable of the car and thoughtful. Jeff the manager was easy to deal with, and quick to work on finding the right price for me, both on my trade-in and the vehicle I really wanted. And Austin on the finance team was quick, but detailed in going through the numbers. And of course the car!! What a great car! It's my first Genesis, I purchased the GV80 model, and it could very well be the best car I've ever owned, it's so nice to drive, it looks great, and it feels great. My favorite touch is the Ergo-Posture seat, it automatically shapes around you and guides you into a comfortable driving posture, you have to experience it to see what I mean, but its awesome! This is a long review, because the team at Genesis of Edmond made it worth the time to share my opinion, and the car speaks for itself. And with a great warranty on the car should I ever need it, I'm looking forward to working with Rajip and the team at Genesis whenever if anything comes up. Really appreciate all that they did!
