Great dealership. Felt no typical pressure but only, how can we help. Were greedted professionally and with courtesy. They did everything to make the deal work. We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. By far the best experience and I worked in the car business. Braden is a great kid and salesman. Staff is friendly and the finance manager was a great guy. Last name Mosley, very courteous and professional. The facility is gorgeous and very clean, snacks for the kids and donuts in the am. We will be back here for sure. For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. When I purchased my dream car Genesis GV70 from this dealership I noticed how well kept the service area was. I only take my car here for service because it is professional, clean, organized and the staff is amazing. They do great work and often have you in and out in less time than expected. Excellent in every respect Mike Sorensen the product specialist I work with was very courteous knowledgeable responsive polite. Pricing was transparent and straightforward. No gimmicks no surprises. Everybody I dealt with was super honest and pleasant.

Purchase experience was amazing. However, the delivery of the vehicle by the delivery company was very disappointing.

They had the car I was thinking on, but,ended up buying from a different place only because it had a sun roof in the color I wanted.

We were in Portland on Monday, June 9, 2025, for something totally unrelated when we realized our Genesis was overdue for service. We're from Albany, and Portland is the closest Genesis service center, so we gave them a call to see if there was any chance we could be squeezed in. Stephen in the service department immediately made us feel like a priority. He’s helped us before and always goes the extra mile when he sees it’s us—and knows we’ve made the trip from out of town. Not only did he get us in for the oil change and tire rotation, but he also took care of a couple of other things we’d been noticing. He made sure everything was addressed and covered under warranty, which was such a relief. He was super patient when I stopped by the desk a few times to check on the car, and he walked us through everything once the service was finished. The cherry on top? He had the car vacuumed—front and back seats! That little detail meant a lot, especially since I hadn’t had time to clean it in forever. Stephen is hands-down the best person to work with in the service department. Friendly, thorough, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend asking for him if you're getting your car serviced at Genesis of Portland!
