Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact car we wanted - not just what happened to be on the lot. He was professional, patient, easy-going, and truly great to work with every step of the way. Gerardo helped us shop remotely through calls and video, keeping us updated on inventory and making sure we were confident in what we chose. Once the car was on its way, he kept us in the loop with updates, even sending photos and videos the moment it arrived so we could be sure it was the perfect match. He also worked to negotiate everything over the phone ahead of time, so when we arrived, the process was smooth and stress-free, all we had to do was sign and enjoy the experience of our new car. Afterwards, he took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setting up not one but two driver profiles, went over how-to’s and all features for each of us, and even connect our phones. All the while including our six year old in the process so she could enjoy it too. There was no pressure, just excitement and genuine care to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Great car for the money definitely needs the 3.5 motor. Would love it if it had air suspension otherwise love the car. Love the lane change notifications as it forces me to be a better driver because you must use a signal to change lanes orbit stops you

I had had a really bad week since my partner of 30 years had just been diagnosed with ALS, and I was trying to reduce some of our financial obligations in light of her medical future. They were both very understanding, kind and helpful , and after significant time had the grace to work with me for lowering our monthly payment on a new car. I cannot thank them enough, or express my. Gratitude for their understanding and help. I believe this is our 6th Hyundai. Thank you, and them, from the bottom of my heart!

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Brought my car in for an inspection and as always, everyone at Porsche Silver Spring was incredible. Elvis Nguyen and his team (Kofi, Brian, and service manager Linda Harouna) addressed all my issues, answered all my questions, and made sure that before I left the dealership my car was in perfect condition (including handwashing my car) before I drove off. All our cars have been serviced here and I do not trust anyone else with our vehicles. Great service, great people, and good snacks too!

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

My sales representative took all the time needed to thoroughly explain all of the new systems including the new Honda APP. He also took the time to pair my phone with my new Ridgeline. Great Help.

Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

My Gv80, is comfortable , fast and a luxury ride. I have the Silver with cream interior This what I wanted. No problems as of yet with 5k miles on it. Gas milage is not good, but with AWD and 5000 lbs, you cannot expect much.and I can live with it. Styling brings a lot of compliments. Dealer I purchased from service was not good. Sales experience poor.Now go to another dealer who has Lexus type service and is a Genesis dealer not a Hyundai dealer.

The value in the technology, design, and comfort made the decision easy, throw on a great factory warranty coverage longer than most, I'd highly recommend... I'm a tall guy, it has room and comfort for days, Genesis has come a long way from its Hyundai days.

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing
