I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

We live on the Illinois side and this was the third vehicle that we have purchased from Bommarito VW. My wife just loves VWs. The pricing and the inventory are just better as well as their Service Dept is just top notch in our opinion. Andre Branch is who we worked with on our last two purchases, which includes our most recent purchase of a 2021 Premium Atlas. Andre is a great guy with an awesome personality. He is not pushy, he is very professional and courteous. Andre just wants to make sure that you have a good experience and help you get what you want. Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

Has lived up to all of our expectations. Lack of a nearby Genesis Dealer?Service Center has been the only drawback as the closest one is 30+ miles away. As a result the free Valet service offered by Genesis requires many weeks of advanced notice.

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.
