Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

The staff that helped us at Ferman Ford . Tom , David and Jeff proved to me that there are still people out there that not only talk the talk but walk the walk when it comes to the art and science of customer service !!! All three of these men went out of there way ,to deliver superior service !! Even at the end of the night when most would have been dragging there feet , short fused, all three of them comforted us and put our needs first !! Julie and I feel grateful , blessed and happy we chose Ferman to make our purchase . We want Tom , David , and Jeff to realize that the attitude and professionalism they all showed us Thursday night will be remembered forever . In a day in age when most people struggle to feel connection with other humans due to constant stimulus overload Julie and I felt we were the only couple on the planet at the dealership that evening . Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

The service rep was excellent. Answered all my questions and kept me informed as to what was going on. The waiting area was clean and well maintained.

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

Preston and Gabe were very responsive as I was an out of town buyer. They made the process very easy. Gabe was knowledgeable of the car and provided me with a tutorial.

His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

They are the best. They are professional attentive and friendly. Their service department an the consultant I dealt with Lenny Patram was excellent. He is the best. There work was complete and through. Their fees are very reasonable. I haighly recommend Brandon Alfa dealership.

I bought my G90 Ultimate AWD new about four years ago and have loved it ever since. It is comfortable and many have mistaken it for a Bentley. I've driven newer G90s which do not compare to the 2020 model. I will never part with this vehicle until it falls apart which will probably be years from now as I've never had a maintenance problem.

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.
