Thank you Ziegler Honda for helping me out with my recent car troubles. My 2012 Nissan Rogue needed a new transmission as well as a number of other repairs. So when I came in to Ziegler Honda, I had a bit of anxiety. I wasn't sure if I was going to repair my 2012 Rogue, purchase a used vehicle or something else. Cesar was so kind from start to finish. Even though I'm sure I was frustrating/difficult at times, asking a lot of questions and being quite cautious, Cesar stayed calm and was so friendly. He even asked his manager Max to come over to help answer some of my questions. Max and Cesar worked hard to find a comfortable payment plan for me and were able to put me into a 2025 Honda Civic lease. They calmed my fears about a lease, answered all my questions and treated me as if I was family. Beyond Max and Cesar, the entire Ziegler Honda team were kind and welcoming. Going in and out of the dealership, doors were opened by other team members. As I waited at Cesar's desk while he worked on finding something that would work within my budget, other team members walking by would make eye contact, smile and ask if I needed water, or even offered a sub sandwich. The entire Ziegler team made me feel welcome and important. Max and Cesar really went above and beyond to get me into a reliable vehicle that I was comfortable with. The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I was on the market for buying a new car. I travel to work pretty far everyday so I needed something that was good on gas,low mileage, and reasonably priced. I was so amazed by how helpful the car sales associate Mourice was. He was very friendly and had my best interest. He wanted to get me the best deal possible for my money. He knew about all the cars I asked about on the lot and showed me cars that had the features I was looking for. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!He made my finding a new car experience less stressful!! I am so pleased with the car I bought!

Twin-turbo V6 Sport Prestige is a beast. Gladly traded my BMW in for it. Genesis is better looking, better built, better value and can leave my 330i Sport in the dust. 100k warranty leaves nothing to chance.

This vehicle can be placed along side of the Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, etc. I test drove all of the previously mentioned vehicles and the G90 provides all of what I wanted and with extra features. You get more bang for you buck!!!! No Buyers Remorse on this end!!!!

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

I absolutely love this car. So many features and a very comfortable ride. So beautiful as well. I have driven a Lexus for 20 years and was very happy with it but was drawn to the look and warranty of the Genesis.

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

Had a very pleasant experience with Matt Webber and Dave Pearson at the Dealership. Matt was very good with the financing portion and Dave was a very positive person for the purchase. I would recommend going to the dealer and ask for these two Managers.

I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

Weather I need a simple oil change or have major repairs under warranty I know I can count on Ron Stewart to facilitate the repairs quickly and effectively. He is a main reason I would purchase another new vehicle from this dealership.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!
