A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Very clean for covid times which is great. The service dept excels- Luke is terrific and I never feel like a factory, cranking out the next customer. Clients matter - they know your name (no, it's not the Cheers bar) and value your business. Professional, reliable and they have gained my trust. We are 12,000 miles into our new GV70, and so far we love it. We had a Volvo XC90 for 13+ years, and we loved it, too. But the GV70 is quieter, faster, and more comfortable than our Volvo. Our only complaint is the level of electronic control for almost everything. I long for the days of analog controls in a car. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Genesis GV70.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

The employees were professional and friendly. They took their time to understand our needs and preferences to help us identify the best vehicles for us. They never pressured us or rushed us to make a purchase.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.
