I can’t recommend this place enough! I have been going here for over 10 years and consistently have a positive experience. Everyone we interact with is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Yaz has been working effortlessly to help fix my husband’s truck and has treated us like family the entire time. Yesterday Phillip did my oil change and gave me a realistic timeframe for when to fix a specific issue, instead of trying scare us into having it done right away. His priority was to inform us of what needed done while also respecting the financial commitment needed to fix the problem. Both of the ladies at the check-out for service and at the front desk for sales were extremely kind and welcoming. We are in the very beginning stages of considering buying a new car. We met with Piero who patiently answered our questions and allowed us to test drive a car. What we appreciated the most is that he didn’t try to pressure us into buying a car, instead he simply made himself available for when we are ready and made sure we had any information needed. Service here is always fast, reliable and affordable with a clean atmosphere and kind employees.

Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

Purchased a 2021 Passat from Autonation USA Wesley Chapel. It had some mechanical issues. This dealership is amazing. They fixed everything and even gave me us a loner to use for the 2 weeks they had the car. Jason, Alex, Nate, Ramone, and Patrick are excellent.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. First Class experience from start to finish! Being we were 6hrs away, Honesty was very important. Kyle was absolutely the best at describing the vehicle we were interested in and when he said it was brand new, it was!! Josh in finance was also absolutely awesome! We had a good time cutting up and listening to music while doing the paperwork. There were no surprises!! My wife and I will highly recommend Ford of Port Richey to anyone!! Have always great service, however this last service I wasn’t happy. Had oil change and tire rotation. With that said now my low tire pressure light is on and both on the right side. Either they didn’t check the tire pressure or they did something to the sensor.

I want to thank my service advisor Matt Balliet for helping me when I took my car in on 1/23/2025. My blind spot alert was not working and I feared an expensive replacement of the sensor. Matt went to my car and showed me that I must have accidentally hit a button that turned off the sensor. I didn't even know that button existed. Matt assured me that I wasn't an idiot even though I felt like one. Matt has been my service advisor for a long time and he always comes through with courtesy and professionalism.

We just bought a new Tucson from Ashish Thomas at Crown Hyundai and it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Everyone made us feel so welcome.
