Very friendly and good staff. Joe helped me getting my new, but used, car with bery smooth transactions. The finance person was also very helpful on the last step. I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. One thing I would recommend is make sure you have all ready before walk out with the car, otherwise, it is hard to reach out to them again. Other than this, 5 star dealership.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

Really like the staff, and the manager. Especially SooAh was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very professional and walk me through every step with all the details my car needed. I greatly appreciate their honestly about why the Audio and Connectivity wasn’t working and it has to do with one of the service they’ve instituted after purchased.and I will recommend them to friends and family and I will always trust them with the service for many more years to come. Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

This was my first luxury car and I was not disappointed. It was priced below most competitors, yet came standard with features such as Lane-Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise control, and Apple Carplay. It is very comfortable to ride in, yet can be sporty when you want it. I have also been able to get well above the EPA 23mpg which is a bonus. I love this car and have no complaints!

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

I just bought my G70 after looking at many different makes and models. I bought mine at the Monmouth Junction Genesis dealer. Fred Corea was extremely helpful and helped me to decide to drive home with one that day. My car drives great and really opens up on the highway when I have it in Sports mode. The interior is the second thing that sold me on the car. Lots of attention to detail and plenty of toys/tech to enjoy. It takes a while to get used to all of the tech, but I'm getting there. The car gets lots of looks and many people have no idea what it is even after I tell them. Go have a test drive.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

I am a current Lexus owner (owned many) and former Infiniti M45 owner, the Genesis replaced the Infiniti. When manufacturers want to break into a market (USA) they must do something to compete and stand out. It must be price and value. In 1990 the first LS400 I purchased was 35K and it was true then and the Genesis division of Hyundai is doing the same thing now. What you get for what you pay is outstanding. The other boys on the block, BMS, Mercedes and Audi have the name recognition already and you PAY for it ! The exterior is a work of art and it pleases me when I look at it and I have received many complements. This car is a compact luxury sport sedan not something you haul a 80 inch TV home in. My friend has a BMW 650i, he uses his SUV when he goes to COSTCO. Also since when is a sport sedan a mileage champ ?? Want good mileage buy a Prius. The car has tremendous fit and finish, a great paint job and the interior is super especially if you go for the Sport Prestige model with the Nappa leather. The stitching is fabulous. If one can't live with the lane following assist and the Lane Keeping Assist you can turn them off, I for one thing they are great ! As far as the back seat being cramped unless you have the front seat all the way back, there doesn't seem to be an issue. I have had a 6 foot 1 passenger and he had no complaints. But again it is a sport sedan not a limo. I have to plug my phone into my Lexus with a wire too, to prevent it getting tangled get a 6 inch wire - problem solved. You can get the back doors to unlock with the front door; it is a setting you can choose. Advantage with Genesis is that all of the adjustments and there are many are to be made by the owner not having to pay the dealer to make them from the number of flashes on a soft touch of the turn signal to the contrast/brightness on the cameras. Yes, the HBA (high beam assist) must be turned on even if the headlights are in the "auto" position. But what about the BVM on the dash ? O.K. I did purchase a G70 with the sport prestige package but you have to admit that is some tech leading stuff. BTW, that is a camera image of the blind spot when you turn on the lane change lever on the dash. The car offers many of the safety features in the base car. To get what this car offers in the Prestige package you have to spend at least 10K more in a BMW if you can get all of the features the Genesis offers. Heck, the car even comes with a space save tire. Try finding one of those on your BMS/Mercedes/Audi. This car is a great car. In the short period I have owned I am extremely happy with it and love the pickup, technology, styling and comfort features. I didn't buy it for long hauling commuting to save on gas ! II say give this car a long look and I am sure you purchase one you will love it as I do. BTW, the rear seats fold down so that you may actually be able to get a large flat TV back there !

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever – Lease Return Center, Triangle, VA I just picked up a stunning 2019 Mercedes-Benz E400 (fully loaded, super low miles, and in pristine condition) from Lease Return Center on Jefferson Davis Hwy in Triangle, and I honestly can’t believe the deal I walked away with. I’ve been shopping for months all over the DMV — big franchise dealers in Fairfax, Tysons, Alexandria, even down in Fredericksburg — and nobody came close to the price these guys offered. Same year, same trim, same options… everywhere else was quoting me $4,000–$7,000 higher, and some still tried to tack on dealer fees and certification nonsense. Lease Return Center? Straight-up best price I found anywhere, no hidden fees, no pressure, and they beat every online quote I brought in. Hands down the best deal in the entire area. The staff was incredible from the moment I pulled in. Super friendly, zero pushy sales tactics, and they actually know Mercedes inside and out. Paperwork was the fastest I’ve ever experienced, driving my new Mercedes home the same afternoon. If you’re anywhere in Northern Virginia, Maryland, or DC and you’re looking for a clean, late-model luxury vehicle (especially Mercedes, BMWs, Audis, etc.), do yourself a favor and go straight to Lease Return Center in Triangle. Twin-turbo V6 Sport Prestige is a beast. Gladly traded my BMW in for it. Genesis is better looking, better built, better value and can leave my 330i Sport in the dust. 100k warranty leaves nothing to chance.

Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

The best dealership out there if you want to buy EV vehicles. They have over 100 Tesla in stock, all priced amazingly low and in a great conditions. We have bought multiple Tesla from them in the past 12 months.

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

I visited Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly for service on my 2023 Tucson. It was easy to get an appointment. I was received in the service area quickly and informed of the service I would receive. I was notified of the progress of my service and other recommendations via text. The Service Technician was efficient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

Love the car. Gets a lot of attention and compliments. Very geeky if that's your type of thing. My only 2 minor complaints is the rear leg room and the wired Android Auto does not take up the full screen. The mirror option does not seem to work with my S10+. Maybe when I upgrade to the S23+ next year it will.

Additional Important Steps They Advised: 🔴 No Returns Policy – Once you sign, the car is yours. They emphasized doing all research beforehand, getting an inspection, and making sure I was 100% confident before committing. 🔴 Salvage Title Considerations – Many of their vehicles have salvage titles, which means: Insurance rates will likely be higher, and some insurance companies won’t cover salvage vehicles at all—so check before buying. Resale and trade-in value will be lower, and some dealerships won’t take salvage vehicles. Many banks won’t finance salvage titles, so you may need to pay in cash or use a lender that specializes in these purchases. 🔴 Check the Vehicle’s Value with Other Dealers – One of the best tips the manager gave me was to take the VIN numbers of the cars I was interested in and check with other dealerships to see what they would pay for it.
