Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I believe in reviews that share the good and bad and let others find help! With this being said I want to say Brooke Norman thank you!!!! I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

My previous vehicle was a 2018 BMW X6 and I can honestly say that my new 2021 Genesis GV80 is by far a better value in every way that I can think of. The BMW had a sticker price more than $30,000 higher than the Genesis. What’s more, the GV80 is loaded with standard features, especially safety features, that were either not available or were pricey options on my BMW. Safety features like self-steering to keep me in my lane on the Highway, self-braking in an emergency, audible tone and corrective steering if I’m going into a lane when there’s a vehicle in my blind spot, cruise control that automatically adjusts speed with traffic flow even down to a complete stop - in cruise control mode!! So, yes, I love it and I think I’ll be a genesis guy from now on after owning 4 BMW’s in a row!!

Our salesperson, was Gary, and he truly went beyond the call of duty for us! He was nice, kind and very accommodating as well as knowledgeable! The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service I experienced with this purchase. This dealership truly still seems to put the customer first and realize the value of customer satisfaction.

Except for a couple of niggling glitches (like a window shade) that had to be repaired, this is the best and most comfortable car that I have ever owned. The matte grey paint can't be washed in a car wash, because they use a final wax spray, I can drive around in a dirty car forever and no one will really notice. It may also be "stealth" to radar cameras.

My boyfriend and I had an appointment with Zack Johnson at 11am today and we arrived early and was met by Zack. We proceeded to have a seat at his desk and advised what vehicle we were interested in 2022 Hyundai Tuscon SEL. Zack was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. Fantastic car with E-supercharged V6! Super luxury interior! Incredible value for money! Great speaker system! Way better than Lexus LS! If Genesis put a smooth V8 in there that would just be the icing on the cake! I am keeping this car for many years to come! Excellent replacement for my 2019 BMW 760 Xdrive! Do not hesitate to get this car!
