This is the finest luxury sedan in America that almost nobody knows about, thanks to the bungled Genesis launch and lack of advertising for it 6 years ago. That being said it is spacious, reliable and a tremendously good value. I have driven mine for 6 years now and the car is as tight as the day it came out of the showroom - not a squeak, rattle or part failure once. It is also just about the last of the "normal" big V-8's that burn regular gas and don't have or need turbos to make up for all the forced downsizing cars have gone to 6's and 4's to meet insane proscribed mileage average standards.

I went to Shea Buick GMC because their inventory of preowned vehicles had many selections of the models that met my needs as far as mileage, year of manufacture and price. I actually bought the vehicle I had been the most interested in since March. I made an appointment, the salesman met me at the door and had the vehicle I was interested in with the air running ready for a test drive. It was perfect! We added a tonneau to the package, agreed on a price for the trade-in and the purchase price for the truck I bought. We arranged for the insurance, the installation of the tonneau and for a pick up time at my convenience. All was done in a matter of 2 hours! I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

I went to purchase a pre-auction car for my son. When we arrived on December 1, 2015, JP greeted us and showed us the car that we were interested in. With the car being a pre-auction car, the price was unbelievable so we really didn't know what to expect. JP immediately handed over the keys and my son and me, went for a short ride. We knew that we wanted to act on this deal immediately, but it was closing time. With the car being such a good deal, I was afraid that they would sell it before I could return. JP and his manager secured the car. I was scheduled to return on today. I called JP and it was a while before I received a response. Meanwhile, I contacted the dealerships' direct line and the receptionist stated that JP went home ill. I was convinced that the car was sold. As I was waiting for the receptionist to secure the manager, JP contacted me and let me know that Mr. C would be handling the deal. In addition, the manager contacted me to let me know that everything was a go. My son and I went to the dealership and took delivery on the car as planned. With a pre-auction car, you really don't know what you are getting but to my surprise when I returned home, the previous owner left the service records in the glove compartment. This made me feel even better. The customer service which I received was great! I would recommend this dealership to friends, family members and anyone who needs a dependable car. I feel that they are honest and trustworthy.
