No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Kentson Car Company and we will definitely be back again! The selection is great and the shopping process is amazing!! We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. Young Kia of Layton is the best. Prompt and accurate service, the waiting area is comfortable, with plenty of snacks and drinks available. They kept me updated as they worked on my car. They did a great job.

The only thing that went wrong is the fact the tech tossed away the old brake pads even though I speficially asked that I be given them. Otherwise i would have given them five stars. Cost of the 90K mainteance special came less than estimated costs so that is why I did not drop them under four stars.

Jordon is cool. I didn’t really get to know him as I ended up buying from the Autosavvy in Duncanville, TX. My overall experience with them was good.
