Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

I was stressed because the car just shutdown at the red light, however, when I arrived at Pugmire dealership, the Lincoln service had notified them and "Barry" made the loaner tranistion smooth and assured me they would service my car Monday morning. About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! I had the pleasure of working with Lou again, and I also had the chance to meet some fantastic folks in both the management and finance team.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

No we didnt get what we wanted, but we were given goals and timelines to meet those goals, because' they work for you" and are trying to build a relationship not a bankroll. We love this dealership. They have our best interest first and foremost. you just have to go in with an open mind not a strong opinion. Especially if your credit is not so Kosher. There is always a solution never a problem.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

Genesis has always offered more for the money. My 2026 3.5T prestige I received $7000 off MSRP. Their technology exceeds anybody’s. Either engine is very fun to drive.

I live in Florida and was tasked with helping my Mom in NC buy a VW Taos. Searching the web I found the exact car she was looking for at VW Marietta. I called and spoke with Denzel. Within no time at all we went over the car (only had 700 miles) and agreed on a price. It was a very fair deal and with whole process was so pleasant. Denzel took the point and made sure the car was ready for the shipper. His communication throughout the deal was incredible. The car arrived and was exactly as described and he followed up that day to offer any assistance to my Mom getting familiar with the features. So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.
