I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Had kind of a tough time to begin with because the original Used car I purchased ended up having bad timing chain and check engine light could not be fixed. Worked with salesman and service manager and ended up with full credit on bad Used car, and purchased a really nice used car from them at a fair price! I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

I was in a horrible car accident that totaled my car. I wasn?t ready or prepared to look for and purchase a new car. Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Do not pay attention to the negative reviews. I am not sure where this is coming from. What I can tell you is that I purchased a used vehicle (BMW I4 M50) from this dealership on 08/15/2025. I located this vehicle on cars.com and began interacting with the dealership several weeks prior to purchase. I have nothing to say other than good things about this interaction. They were professional and helpful but not overbearing. They were fair on their price and fair on the trade in. I too was skeptical about the negative reviews but have received explanations for those and they seem legitimate. I would highly encourage you to consider purchasing a car from this dealership if you have found something you like. I was nervous about purchasing a car "remotely" but MINI of Knoxville truly made it a pleasurable experience and I have no regrets. I would definitely purchase a car from them in the future should the need arise.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !
