I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

I appreciate Daniel for his customer-oriented approach to sales. No pressure. Asked and noted what I was looking for. Did not try to talk me into something else. Took the time to listen!!

I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

I'm a tall guy, it has room and comfort for days, Genesis has come a long way from its Hyundai days.

Great services from the whole crew at BMW of Dallas. I went shopping for a Lexus but walked out frustrated by the care or lack of it by Sewell. A BMW was not even on my radar. They treated me with respect and kindness plus I found the car to be superior to what I was looking for. Many more options than the car I originally went in search for. Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

I bought the car because it looked good and was just like the red one in the ads. I am more pleased than I ever thought rude is great room is great updated electronics/ nav is one of the best. Bad part is that chrome will put and need to be buffed out by dealer. An honest dealer said “all Genesis cars are like that. Minor issue that dealer will cure.
