Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

Finding a reliable, well cared for, low mileage and reasonably priced used car can be a daunting task. It does not have to be... I bumped into Oswego Motors quite by accident. Spoke to Chad on New Years Eve having seen a car on the website that seemed suitable. I drove out to the dealership that afternoon, and found the car inside and cleaned up ready for me to view. Chad walked me around the car and we discussed not only the condition of the car, but also what I was looking for generally in a used vehicle. I was handed the keys for a test drive, and was told to take my time and drive it as much as needed to check everything out...which I did. We briefly discussed the price. I told Him I'd think about it and call after New Years Day. No pressure, none...to close a deal then and there. I returned on 1/02/23 and not only bought that car, but ended up trading in my 2018 BMW for what I consider a very fair price. The trade-in, was a bit of a spur of the moment decision on my part, and these kinds of transactions can become a confusing "fun with numbers" exercise. Not so in this case. Chad was very straightforward and transparent throughout. I felt confident that I was working with a completely honest, and capable professional from start to finish. We agreed on a final price, and the deal was made. The paperwork part of these transactions often seem to take forever. I think I was in and out in under 2 hours from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove off...With my new (used) car...! I highly recommend Oswego Motors. Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

I bought the car because it looked good and was just like the red one in the ads. I am more pleased than I ever thought rude is great room is great updated electronics/ nav is one of the best. Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!
