I was visiting Nashville when I had a warning light come on my 2019 Tucson so I called this dealership and they were very courteous and got me right in to check the issue. I really appreciated the quick response to my concern. They were very nice and the waiting area was very nice and clean. The only negative comment was grease finger prints on my console!

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Ron took great care of me and completed a deal including trade mostly by email. He even had my new RAM 1500 Laramie delivered to my house. He went above and beyond to answer my many questions and concerns throughout the process. I took delivery yesterday and he has already followed up two times to make sure I’m happy, very nice not to have the typical take your money and run sales guy. The cost for materials and labor was excessive to replace a battery in car fob, cabin filter and to insert refresher liquid. First time I've been disappointed with the cost associated with my car service.

Jackson was able to offer me a lower interest rate and processed my paperwork very quickly. Even after my sale has completed, they are still working with me to complete an insurance process for my previous car that I traded in. I found a 2014 Lexus GS350 online at Andrews Cadillac that I was going to get for my wife's birthday. Thinking the car would be perfect for her, I flew to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to inspect and test drive it. For many reasons, I decided it would not work for her and I was prepared to leave fro the airport empty handed. After discussing what her needs were and our budget Scott Levine suggested I test drive a 2014 ATS Performance with same miles and extended warranty, way more bells and whistles than the Lexus and better comfort for me (6'4"). We arranged to have a transporter pick up the vehicle the next day and waiting for me in Charlotte when I returned. From day-one, Scott went out of his way to provide all the info I needed to make an informed decision in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing this vehicle from them because of the comfort level I had in our dealings. I WILL BE BACK WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY MY NEW TOY.
