I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.

I seriously have too much to write in a review about my experience over the last 4 year of trying to purchase this new vehicle. But I am going to forego all that and get to the point?. I have just taken delivery of a new a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500, Denali, 4WD, Crew Cab-Short Box purchased from Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC, 420 W Southline Street, Cleveland Tx 77372 281-761-7029. Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC is a Family own busine run This purchase makes my 5th Special order vehicle I have purchased in my life. Each and every time, I sat down to do the numbers, you leave the dealership with your head spinning as to the stuff they try to incorporate into your Sales Agreement. NOT this time, Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC did everything that I was expecting. First, let me tell you I had the Dream team working on my behalf. Shout out to; Janet Martin- Vice President, Efrain Salazar ? Sales Manager, JC Phillips ? Finance Manager and MOST important; Justin Allen ? Sales Specialist who work with me for over two years to get my new vehicle. The amount of time to get the vehicle was of no fault of this dealership, it was General Motors, Covid, Part Shortages and anything else you can think of. However, Justin Allen, walked that walk with me to make sure I was up to date on all information I needed. He listened, he heard and he was there every time I had a question, worry or concern. Of course, we went thru all that sale process at this time and I can tell you I was not pressure and being a numbers guy, all their number was what I had gone in with. The Sales manager made she I was okay with the numbers and the Finance guy did not beat me over the head trying to sell me things I didn?t want. Note: this was my 4th order of this new vehicle, twice before with different GMC dealerships who at the end of the process was inflating their number much more than I was going to do. Very disappointed that Sterling McCall doesn't honor the $49.95 price they advertise on their website. This is the second time this has happened. Why even advertise if they don't honor.
