The team was supper responsive with questions and details about the truck and the purchasing process. When I arrived, Jamie met me at the door and had the truck squeaky clean and ready to go for a test drive. We went over the vehicle features and finance had the paperwork ready to go by the time we were done. All in all, I was in and out quickly but never felt pressured. I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.
