I just acquired my third leased from Kerry Buick. Andrea Nesbitt was very kind and patient with guiding me through the purchasing processes. I first spoke with her on the phone. She listened to my concerns and respected my car of choice. When I arrived, she had a car prepped and ready for me. At the last minute, I changed my choice of color of the car. She was extremely efficient with making paperwork changes and presented the car I’m now driving. I appreciate her patience and energy! Also, Chris helped make the loan payment signing seamless and easy. He has always been friendly and kind during each of my leased vehicle purchases.
