I just want to say that Daniel Ortega was really a blessing to me, he called with updates often, handled my paperwork and explained everything in detail. Even though I only had repairs done I felt like a valued customer of the Rick Hendrick dealership. That?s also to the mechanic/technician for sending me a video of what the had to repair. 2026 GMC Acadia review
Great vehicle. Has great features and it is a very smooth ride. It is quiet on the road. Great gas mileage (over 28 mpg combination town and road).

My salesperson, Craig was exceptional from start to finish. Instead of jumping straight into numbers, they took the time to actually listen to what I needed for my daily commute and family trips. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different trim levels and helped me find a model that fit my budget without trying to 'up-sell' me on features I didn't want. The transparency during the financing stage was what really stood out. There were no hidden fees or 'administrative' surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork—the price we agreed on was exactly what appeared on the final invoice. The finance team explained every document clearly and even helped me secure a better interest rate than my own bank had originally quoted. Even after the sale, the level of care hasn't dropped. I had a great experience purchasing my car at Sheehy GMC. I am an extremely OCD individual, and the salesman (Eric) worked with me. Originally I went to the dealership to get a truck, but it was already in the process of getting sold. Eric was able to not only get me the exact same truck I wanted, but also one with the color I preferred. Price was great, and the customer service was top notch. Friendly, great communication, and very patient in dealing with a complicated purchase arrangement. I would definitely recommend the dealer, and would buy from them again.

I've bought somewhere around ten to twelve cars and trucks in my lifetime with most of the experiences being unremarkable and not particularly standing out in any memorable way except when they were bad. This is the first time I've ever made a point to set time aside to write a review after buying a new vehicle and I'm doing it now because I feel I have an obligation to anyone out there giving serious consideration in buying one. Buying a new car or truck can be an extremely stressful experience for a lot of reasons, but picking the right dealership is hands down one of, if not the most, important choices you'll make in the entire process. I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X from Sheehy GMC Fredericksburg, and I can honestly say it was the best vehicle-buying experience I?ve ever had. I?ve bought plenty of trucks over the years, but nothing has ever come close to the level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care I received here. My salesman, Joey Mastin, was exceptional from start to finish. His communication was flawless ? clear, consistent, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right truck, not just making a sale. Joey is exactly the kind of salesperson every dealership wishes they had. A huge shoutout also goes to DJ Bruce, the General Manager. DJ and the team went above and beyond to give me an extremely good deal on my new truck and an excellent trade-in allowance on the one I brought in. They were fair, honest, and upfront about everything, which is rare these days. I have never walked away feeling more confident, respected, and genuinely taken care of than the way I did with them. Joey, DJ, and the entire team deliver the kind of service that sets a new standard for the industry. They far exceeded every previous car-buying experience I?ve ever had, and I couldn?t recommend them more highly. I had my Chevrolet Suburban in for repairs and April Myers the service representative helped resolve my repairs that wasn?t covered under my Easycare warranty. I am not happy with Easycare warranty services as they would cover a full radio replacement but with still having issues with the radio would not cover any additional repairs related to the radio. Thank You to April and her service manager at the Sheehy Fredericksburg Virginia location.
