Found the Buick we were looking for on the Buick website Was in transit to Hendrick / Dale Earnhardt Jr Buick in Tallahassee, FL. Contacted them, They allowed us to put a deposit down till we could drive to purchase the Buick. The car was detailed and ready to go when we arrived, the paperwork was all processed, just needed signatures. Best buying experience ever, with the digital desk top system. It was tpainfree and easy, gave us a USB drive that had all the documents on it. Team was exceptional, They spent time with us setting the car up with our phone. reviewing all the bells & whistles offered on the Avenir. Had a great experience for my 1st oil change. Jennifer, the person who checked me in was so kind. When I told her I was sick, with a fever, but still wanted to keep my appointment for my oil change, she said it shouldn't be an issue to get my car done in a timely fashion. I was in & out in about an hour, she brought me the paperwork for me to sign to where I was sitting so I wouldn't have to keep standing up. When my car was done, she came back to let me know, she walked me to my car, & was completely kind & professional throughout the whole time. She is an awsome employee & I would definitely want to have her check me in everytime I need to bring my car in for service.
