My business truck, in very cold weather, had a momentary maintenance code. While she was in for the code, I requested a service be done on the drive train, ie. tranx, diffs, and txfr case. Service representative Sonya got me in and out, back on my schedule, out of town, right on time. Purchased a 20yr old Nissan from Ryan, he and the team there gave me as much information and the condition of the vehicle as was possible based on the age and of course based on the age the car does have its issues which I had expected, but Ryan did a great job of working things out and as I arrived really late he and the necessary people to finish a deal were there and ready to help. I picked the car up the next morning with a full tank of gas ready for my 300 mile trip home. They gave me a great deal on the vehicle, far below what they were asking all said and done out the door.

2026 GMC Acadia review

We just replaced our 2022 Buick with a 2024 Buick Encore GX. Vivek Abraham is very helpful and does a wonderful job as a sales person. Crystal Mc Elroy is a wonderful sales manager and she is the reason we keep going back for more cars. The entire staff is helpful and we had an easy buy. We do our service at Suntrup Buick GMC too They have been very fair on tires and overall maintenance for our cars over the last 15 years.

I made appt. For recall parts however after making that appointment, and leaving car there for 2 days, was told no parts for repair available. They are available in Florida so it appears I should have had it done there. Bought two cars from this dealer and have always been pleased until now.

Dave Sinclair Buick GMC review
Engine light came on, rough shifting, Adam in Service dept fit my truck in for diagnostics within a week. Tech found bad coil, replaced and repaired, also suggested new wires and battery was needing to be replace really low crank, all work completed and again on the road after 310,000 miles. I have had only good experiences with the service department staff and techs. Sometimes it cost some money but its a machine and if you take care or it, it will last.
