I had a question about our navigation screen that honestly was driving me nuts—he showed me how to fix it in a jiffy. I was having trouble with monitor showing a problem with 1 of my tire sensors & service department diagnosed the problem quickly & was able to repair without my having to make another appointment saving me making another trip for repairs. They explained what needed to be done & so far everything is working fine.
