I?ve purchased a few car brands from multiple different dealerships and our experience at Ron Marhofer Buick GMC has to be the best one yet! We got stuck in traffic and arrived later at the dealership than what we wanted, and our sales consultant Joanna stayed late to help us and answer all our questions. Then when we came back to pick up our vehicle the process was very smooth and quick, and we were on our way home in no time! Joanna really answered all our questions and didn?t bombard us with all the unnecessary info we didn?t need at that time. If/when we purchase another GMC vehicle, I wouldn?t hesitate coming back.

He was straightforward, flexible, and very knowledgeable about the car. I had plenty of concerns and questions (I’m that type of guy), and he patiently addressed every single one. He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have.
