Great quick service. Oil change and tire rotation. Could have washed my wife?s car! Nice waiting room with vending machines and close by restrooms. Great Place to service vechile.

No pressure car buying experience with Chad Braeger. He answered all our questions that we had. When I went back a week later to pick up the vehicle from having accessories installed, Chad met me at the door and answered any follow up questions I had with the vehicle.

The service I received was beyond exceptional! Cody in sales took much time to explain all features my suv held. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and made sure all of my expectations were met. He took the time to interact in a fun and relaxing way with my nephew as we waited for financing. We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! What impresses me about this dealership is . . . the friendliness of their staff, the cleanliness of their facilities the quality of their repairs - all just top notch!

After having an oil and filter change, we noticed a swishing sound. My husband pulled the air cleaner and discovered that some 'tabs' were not place properly. He fixed the problem and the swishing sound diminished. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.

Late review, We bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership this summer. The Salesman Adam, and Service manager were outstanding! Test drive vehicle (unfortunately on a rainy day) didnt hear or discover any issues. Took car home and next day discovered very noisy road noise and undefined noise from front of vehicle. Working with the team to discover the problem althought time consuming was a far more pleasant situation than expected. The entire time the team worked on the issue provided constant interaction, communication and updates. Just wanted to assure the team that I was completely happy and AMAZED that the situation was taken care of professionally. Thank You Gary Gregory
