Had a great experience leasing a 2026 GMC Sierra 3500 from Woody Buick GMC. Started with an online inquiry and we texted and called, negotiated the deal and we went in and test drove the truck, they reviewed our trade and we then learned about the new truck’s features and then signed and left. All within 1-1/2 hours. Jarvis was our salesperson and he was super nice and knowledgeable. He really made things easy. We will be back when we are in the market again as we felt at home! Great people to work with for sure !

I arrived late to pick up my vehicle. Fortunately one of the Service writers noticed my arrival as he was leaving for the night. He came back to the dealership and secured my vehicle and billing. Great service.

This is an update to previous review. I bought the cerma plate protection package but was unhappy with the interior. I took it back and it turned out that nobody even worked on the interior. They did it while I waited. If I hadn't taken it back I would have paid for something I didn't get. The service dept. was a little upset with my mood and attitude, but when they found out no-one had even worked on my interior they were very apologetic and nice about it and thanked me for bringing it to they're attention. I don't like dealers and this is a perfect example of why.
