Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. My service advisor, Michael, did a great job of communicating the progress of my service appointment. Not all the necessary parts were in stock after the diagnosis, but he kept me apprised of the status of their arrival and made sure I had a loaner when they came in. The technicians did a great job and returned my vehicle in great condition.
