I was wowed by the service I received from Lynn at Hatfield Buick GMC. I have been looking for a car for a year and a half, been to 4 different dealerships in Los Angeles, and have left each time feeling scammed and disappointed without a car. On April 6, 2023, I took delivery of a 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate, which was a SUV that I ordered, equipped the way I wanted it. John and the entire sales staff were great!
