Great service from both main shop and quicklube at same appointment. Work done in a timely fashion, and they honored our extended vehicle warranty again, no hassle. They even printed me out a complete service record for a vehicle we purchased back in 2021. We intend to sell it private party. And this proof will be a big plus. We have purchased at least 3 pre-owned vehicles from this dealership in recent history. And are currently in the process of purchasing a 4th pre-owned vehicle from them. I walked into Wheelers Chevrolet and Connor greeted me so politely. Told him what I was interested in as We sat down at his desk. He offered me a beverage. He took me for 2 test drives, a z71 2025 new traverse, and a LT traverse. Connor was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. My husband was not with me. I made an appt to bring my husband next day. We did test drives and picked the the Z71. No pressure at all like some dealerships we have been too. Everyone there were so friendly and knowledgeable.. Cody took our info down for the finance aspect. Very professional and knowledgeable. The paperwork went very smooth. We will always go to Wheelers as our experience was top notch.
