Visited bc of great reviews and had a Kia I wanted to see. Didn't end up buying but not b/c dealership. All staff interaction was great, not pushy at all and clean space. If I see something again there I will still drive the 2 plus hours from Long Island

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I hit a large pothole and wanted to get the car checked. Service writer Bryan got me in on short notice and also noticed that the car was due for a free oil change and tire rotation, which was also done, in addition to finding no damage from the pothole. It was a nice bonus for me, since I do not live near the dealership, but happened to be in the area.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I love my Acadia Denali. It is fully loaded with anything you can think of.I love the V6 engine and how smooth it drives and rides

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I purchased the 2020 Acadia SLT new, I love my SUV, the ride is so smooth and the Bose system is killer, definitely a sharp looking SUV.One thing I would add is side interior cargo lights, the overhead light is not enough, other than that it's perfect and the dealership Delray Buick GMC those guys are awesome they take great care of my SUV.

For the most part I am happy that I bought my 2020 GMC Acadia however I cannot believe they did not provide a locking gas door and there's no gas cap therefore my car is 100% exposed to people who might want to steal gas out of the car and I'd like to add they trim the back size there was no need to do that it would have provided much more room appreci ate it if the sides and the top went straight back instead of contoured aside from those two things again as I said before I'm very happy to own and drive my 20/20 GMC Acadia thank you.

We purchased this early last summer just to tow a boat. Car had 225K on it. New Tires and lot of new parts (starter, alternator, battery and other parts). Yes, has a ton of miles on it but no rust at all, runs great and strong. Looks like it was very well maintained. Excellent in the snow too. Got it for a song (less then $3300.00). Had to fix a couple things, Bose amp repaired, replaced water pump. Fixed the sunroof drain issues by re-routing the drain tubes. Leak issue is now Fixed. Both power seat switches were flaky when we bought it. Took them apart, cleaned up the contacts and no problems. Very tiny slight leak in power steering. Fixed that with some stop leak made by a famous company that starts with "L". We've driven this to the UP Michigan (1200 miles round trip) last summer pulling our boat - no issues. Drove to eastern Tenn (1900 miles round trip) about a month ago. Zero issues. Have made several trips over the summer each over 600 miles or more, no issues. Very nice vehicle and nice and comfy. Definitely not great on gas. But then again, you don't buy one of these because they get great gas mileage now, do you? We now have around 230K on it and so far so good. At this point, for what I paid for it, it doesn't owe me a dime. Nice vehicle. We will keep it and just fix things as needed. Way cheaper than buying another vehicle right now. I used to work on cars way back when all you needed was a pliers and a couple of screwdrivers so I can do most repairs to save some $$$. I would purchase another one if I had to replace this one.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

This is my second Acadia (the first one was a 2017) I bought this 2022 brand new and choose the Denali trim. So, after 19 months, I am very satisfied. I would say that I fairly got what I had pay for.
