I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

The communication and attention to detail is second to none. BMW Shrewbury will bend over backwards to go the extra mile to make things happen for their customers. They will search for you from other dealer allocations or have custom vehicles produced for you when many other dealers are lazy and just want to sell you their in stock vehicles. My sales associate, Nathan Reindorf, is awesome. Nate has been with BMW for 6 years, has a large client base and is simply excellent at his job. From the get go he was always friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient. Nate was able to get us our dream car, M4 Competition, from an already started build in Germany that was in allocation. The car came in quickly, was exactly as described and then Nate really stepped up to the plate. Nate and Paul finance were able to display their financial wizardry to get us where we needed to be in regards to monthly pricing. When making a large purchase such as a luxury vehicle it is important to feel as though you are getting a fair deal and with Nate you always knew he would be truthful and honest. After purchasing my vehicle Nate took the time to deliver the vehicle (go over all of the technology and functions). Matt, our service agent stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance if it was ever needed. I was contacted a few days after our purchase by both general managers, who both thanked me for my purchase via voicemail. How many dealerships have that attention to detail? traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.
