I just wanted to say Tim Hoffman in service exceeded my expectations. I bought a 2016 CT6 from a dealership in Crystal Lake. I put 300 miles on the car and noticed something was not right with Transmission good thing I had the extended warranty. Tim coordinated everything it was a big job and he coordinated everything with warranty company and kept me updated on status. Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

They were quick to answer any questions I had and made it their priority to get me into a new vehicle

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

My warranty work on my Mach E was done with their usual professionalism and courtesy. My only complaint is that when I received my car back (driven by a porter from Rohrman) the radio was so loud that I was afraid it would blow one of my speakers. That would certainly have been a repair out of their pocket. Please try not to send out a porter that is he]ard of hearing.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

My service advisor, Michael, did a great job of communicating the progress of my service appointment. Not all the necessary parts were in stock after the diagnosis, but he kept me apprised of the status of their arrival and made sure I had a loaner when they came in. The technicians did a great job and returned my vehicle in great condition.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Expectations were set and met on a Saturday with college football on. Two separate seating areas in case you wanted the option to watch something else. There's also a kids' area if you have a little one who needs to be entertained for the time you're there.

Amazing Service one would expect when purchasing a vehicle including the amazing service department. I've been a loyal Mitsubishi customer for over 20 years. And I've had a relationship with the service dept @ Biggers Mitsu since my local Schaumburg Mitsu dealership closed. I have been very happy with the service team since then. And now I wanted to upgrade my drive to an Outlander. I worked with Darien Ivery who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Outlander and answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process which was very straightforward. Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives. Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures. OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. And look forward to working with them in the future.

It took me a long time to find the car I wanted. It was a Kia Nero EV plug-in. I finally found a beautiful blue one with all the features I wanted at Raymond Kia. Problem was there was a crazy dent over the driver-side passenger door. Sales manager, Rick Danka, Went through three dent specialists Before they found just the right guy to fix it. I applaud their perseverance, and I am amazed at the result. That rather large dent is no more. I now have the car I’ve been hoping to find. Thank you, Raymond Kia!

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
