Wonderful car buying experience. Tyler(Manager) and Dennis (Finance office) were absolutely crucial in making this car buying experience above the rest. Tyler took the time to explain pricing line by line so I had a full understanding of the total cost. Tyler also made me feel comfortable and kept the process low pressure and enjoyable. Dennis in the Finance Office was outgoing and friendly. Dennis again went thru pricing and made sure I knew what the final numbers were and explained every form I was signing, offered warranty options and went over cost and coverages. These two gentlemen made this normally stressful process enjoyable.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. 2016 GMC Acadia review
I bought the Denali back in October and I love everything about it, all the features and creature comforts and i especially love the styling, both in and out, all the shiny chrome and satin metal! I bought this because I love how big it is and I needed something to haul things around and it works perfectly. I did a lot of research on this vehicle before I purchased, I especially did an in-depth look at the reliability because it's a GM product and I must say that this vehicle is known to have AC troubles and that was the case with mine and since it's winter i haven't gotten that done yet but I will in the spring, but I went into this knowing it was a possibility so I'm not too bummed out about it and I took that risk, other than that the reliability has been solid no issues and mine has 60k miles! I also compared the Buick Enclave and Chevy Traverse because I know they're very similar but I liked this the most.

2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

2019 GMC Acadia review
Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.
