Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

In Today's seller market, the Davis staff did everything in their power to make our purchase of an Equinox as easy as possible as well as affordable as possible. I like the no pushy sale. They explained and let you decide. It helps to have salesmen who are experts in cars. and they do have those. I would pay them a visit for my next purchase, even if just to ask about a brand they dont carry. You will not regret it.

I have been visiting the Coral Springs Buick GMC since 2016, and what keeps me coming back is the excellence in customer service. For a while, I debated whether to purchase another vehicle. However, when I recently decided, the sales staff (Pierre Jean-Baptiste) and his supervisor (Kevon Logie) went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I desired, helped me problem-solve when there was a delay with the bank payment, verified the rebate through ID.me, etc. For me, it was the level of patience, care, and understanding that made me leave with a purchase, of course, and reminded me of the experience and feelings of when I purchased my very first GMC. For context, it took me almost an entire week to buy the vehicle, not because of their failures, but because I wanted to make sure my son received my current GMC as his first GMC. Costco auto-buying and my bank suggested other dealer locations. Still, I was adamant about going anywhere else but this location, because I always leave feeling like a VIP because of the service. While I am giving out accolades, I definitely want to recognize the service department. I would not keep buying GMC if it were not for its impeccable service. I wish to acknowledge and thank Luis, who has had to put up with my demands, gripes, and frustrations since 2016, but has made sure my vehicle keeps running, even when I drove it from Florida to Virginia. I also want to thank Alex ~ I call him my after our mechanic with sooo much patience and understanding, which helps me all the time before closing with a flat, some diagnostic issue that comes up... Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.
