Hatfield Buick GMC review
I was wowed by the service I received from Lynn at Hatfield Buick GMC. I have been looking for a car for a year and a half, been to 4 different dealerships in Los Angeles, and have left each time feeling scammed and disappointed without a car. Every trick in the book had been pulled on me. I finally decided to give buying a car another try. I found my dream car with all the bells and whistles I wanted 2 hours away from where I live at Hatfield Buick GMC. I talked to Kevin who got my pre-approval process going so they could hold the vehicle for me, then I headed out to the dealership a few days later to meet with Lynn. The process was smooth, Lynn was upfront and professional, and I was driving off the lot with my brand new car within a few hours! I could not be more pleased or shower more praise. Pierre GMC of Everett review
It was one of the better experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I walked in knowing what I wanted so that may have helped a bit, but when the salesman i approached knew i was pretty serious he jumped into action. The whole trade in evaluation went quick, the price offered was right on, the sales manager worked the numbers for the two Trucks I was looking at and the different payments and loan durations, monthly payment was my target, sales Manger, terry, even took the time to find one more discount I qualified for. Then came time to sit with Jennifer, she was a pleasure to work with and knew I was not a newbie, I typically do not buy extended warranties, but she worked some magic and was able to get the warranty where I needed and the payments to fit my range. I was open to it this time,because of the complexities of the truck and I feel I got screwed by the last truck builder. So my hats off to Jennifer, Terry and the crew. I am very proud to have this GMC in my driveway. Thank you. Oh and the parts staff were great, I bought some accessories and they called me the minute they showed up and even carried them out to the truck for me. Not a lot of parts dept people do that in my experience.
