Uncomfortable to have all the men working during my purchasing stare and make uncomfortable comments was horrible. The sales person I worked with was fine and tried his best to make the experience positive.

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

This was our second time working with Derrick Buccacio and finding a vehicle we love. Derrick is always personable and professional. He doesn’t pressure you into things and is honest. One thing that stands out with me about him is he always gets back to you whether he thinks he’s making a sale or not. A lot of salesmen I notice only care to contact you back if they think they’re making money off you. Derrick always gets back to our questions and concerns regardless. To us that says a lot about his character and makes us always wants to go through him to get a vehicle. We highly recommend Derrick to anyone.

Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

Over the past 15 or so years, I've bought 4 trucks from AA (a Chevy K1500, 3 Silverados) and I will do so again when I need another vehicle. My K1500 was a little small but ran great and served its purpose; upgraded to a '04 'Rado which was taken out in an accident by a texter; replacement crew cab too big for my needs but Chris and Dave found me another extend cab. I asked and they more than delivered! The guys are awesome to deal with and provide quality maintenance to all my vehicles, free oil changes and tire rotations. They even service my vehicles not purchased at Action Automotive. I can't say enough good things about these guys! I also enjoy visiting with Echo, the shop dog.

Good MPG'S with the four cylinder, smooth 6 speed automatic transmission. Very good sound system with bluetooth. Very reliable, just oil changes and tire rotations. Would buy again!

The service at Kia of East Hartford is exceptional. Calling to get an appointment was easy and I was able to secure an appointment for that same week. Frank checked me in quickly and took care that I was out in time to attend a doctor’s appointment with my daughter.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. I had an interaction with Mike regarding a Toyota Avalon. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I was impressed with the dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't what I was looking gor.

Had my 2024 Canyon for exactly one year. Not a single real issue once over the air update was done and that only affected the radio. It was an AT4 in desert sand metallic. I traded it for a 2025 Acadia, as I missed life in an SUV. However if you want a truck, I’d highly recommend it and specifically the AT4 model. It’s got meaty tires for pothole protection, it’s able to tow more than you can imagine, it looks super amazing and you’ll have lots of thumbs up and positive comments when you get gas, etc. updated tech was more than you could ask for. 4WD auto mode worked flawlessly. Engine had a nice little growl that I miss too. Let me say if you are a truck person or want to be a truck person, it’s a perfect mid size truck. Mine was 100% and am missing it yes but love the Acadia because it’s also a great vehicle. Got the AT4 Acadia and for my situation it’s perfect.

I love my 2022 GMC Canyon Elevation. The V6 engine is great. Good gas mileage, even for the way I drive it! Great comfort and very stylish. All around, just a great truck.

It was a good experience. The lead sales man was a little on the rough side. But all was good.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.
