My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

The most professional auto service I have ever witnessed. Finished in less time then was quoted. Actually watched the tech do the service. He checked the entire truck from top to bottom. Very happy with the shop.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

My experience going in for my vehicle's GMC service was perfect. I was very impressed with the courteous professionalism of the technician. After the initial service, my SUV was given a complimentary wash. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I did not mind waiting as I enjoyed a complimentary hot beverage and snack.

Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Days after the purchase I was called to see how I was liking my new vehicle . I would suggest Scranton Chevy to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle and will be going back in the future.

Delivery of the car was very good. Excellent credit score, but still a 7.84% rate, so they need to shop financing more. Went over features, as much as we could, even though they detailed a different car at first. Tim and Doug kept in touch and delivered what they promised. Couldn’t get a MA sticker as OBD2 reader port does not fit, and that will need to be fixed.

Doug White was amazing He sold me my last car and was so helpful again. The windshield in my new 2019 had a chip which I was told would be taking care of with a new windshield before I picked up the car. That didn’t happen. They sealed it and it was front and center to my view. I’m short. It rained most of last weekend and I hardly drove it. Then the sun came out. My friends all said what’s that in your windshield. Unacceptable. Then I was trying to make a time to bring it in for the replacement and the guy said we could rent you a car for $42 a day. Even though that didn’t happen why would I pay for a rental when you inconvenienced me by not doing the windshield before pick up. My friends were saying shocking. Tasca is a reputable business. Ok done venting. None of this is Doug Whites fault. Thank you
