While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Although it took a while for the part to be received, the jeep was repaired earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to shop.

Found a 2013 Ram 2500 that was already set up with 5th wheel hitch and more bells and whistles than I could imagine. And at a very fair price. Our salesman, Bill was very knowledgeable about the truck and taught us alot. They are a No Haggle dealership because they are priced right and don't pressure you. I saw a vehicle I was interested in on Triple Crown Ford website. I called the dealership after lunch and spoke to a Deonte’ Bryant. Explained I had a trade in. I sent photos of my trade in, completed an online application and texted the photos. Deonte’ called back shortly with numbers I was pleased with. I left home at 3:30 pm, drove an hour to the dealership, and at 6:30 pm left with my new car for the hour drive back home. Every person I met at the dealership was friendly, helpful. The finance office worked to get me the best finance package. Explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed in the entire process. I have no hesitation in giving a five star rating. So pleased I called Triple Crown.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

Very good service, and while they were performing the service you could see the inspection that was performed by video. Most places don't show that to the customer.

I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've only had this truck for a month and a half and have had no issues. The interior is just plain awesome. I really like the multi function tailgate on this truck, it's very handy loading stuff into the box and the step really helps when you want to climb into the bed. I really like the ride height on the new trucks better than the 2015 Denali I traded in to get this one.

Never a bad experiance, with friendly and helpful service department. I have no problem getting my service/repairs done in a timely manner. If they find something that should be looked at they will tell you what it is, the price and how long it will take to have it done before they do anything.
