We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. Excellent experience all around with Rudy Luther!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I contacted Luther Cadillac thru Cars.com. A representative contacted me within a few mins but I changed my mind about the car and didn't have any more contact with this dealer.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Alec was GREAT to work with. When we initially called he immediately sent links to the trucks we spoke about. Was knowledgeable about the truck which showed when he walked us through it and went through all the interior gadgets. Tony and Nick (sorry if I got nicks name wrong!) but Tony was great help when spoke to him then Nick when he closed it out going over all the options for additional warranty etc. top notch up and down. Highly recommend based off the experience and to add to it we searched most local Chevy dealerships and mauer was the best priced.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

Dodge of Burnsville always treats me well from Sales to Service to Parts. I am a repeat patron several times over because of how well I am taken care will. They know my shopping and service preferences which makes me happy and will always return. This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Fabulous buying experience! Really impressed with their values and focus on the community. The truck Handel's well. Sluggish when in second gear and the transmission thumps mostly when shifting down. Started about 40k. The ride is nice and comfy.

It is a great truck with great capabilities! although i must say, some of the technology in this car has its low points. Center stack tends to not cooperate during bluetooth pairing and the headlights have poor illumination to the point i had to retrofit LED bulbs for better visibility. Overall very comfortable ride and smooth drive

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

I have been bringing my vehicles here since the 90's. I usually have a great experience. However even when something has gone wrong, or wasn't fixed like I wanted, they followed up to make it right. What really makes them different for me is the people. Actually many of my friends today are employee's of the store, and other's I have met at the dealership. I bought my first truck there and I will probably buy my last truck there.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?
