I came to the dealership looking to trade two cars to buy one. They were able to find the perfect car for me, a 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales process was easy. Signing the paperwork was straightforward. However, I was told by the my sales person that she knew who traded in the car so that she would probably be able to get me a second key. After a week of waiting for the key to show up, I find out that there isn???t a second key and that I have to buy my own remote key for my vehicle. I think that they should have paid the money and provided me A second key. Now I have to pay for it out of my own pocket. It leaves a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. So going forward, if you are planning to buy a car from them, be sure to write down everything that you expect them to provide you, especially if it is a used car. Tell them you want two sets of keys, otherwise you may end up having to pay for it yourself.
Service lead was thorough and efficient. I showed up at 1145. He looked over his scheduled appointments and quickly said come back at 1330 and we???ll fit you in. I arrived at 1330 and the car was in the shop at 1335. All complete by 1415. Out the door.
Our sales agent Ashley during our initial visit was very polite and coordinated the purchase of a new vehicle and trade deal with the sales manager that was acceptable. Unfortunately, after that, her ability to communicate with us over the internet was very frustrating. Her response time to questions sometimes took several days and still would not give us the answers we requested. It took over 2 weeks to finally get a vehicle to the dealership and complete the transaction. The sales manager stepped in and helped us close the deal in 6 hours. If we return to this dealership, we would choose another person on the sales team.
This team of salesmen and office personnel is the best!

I stopped in at St J Auto to see if I could take advantage of a Black Friday deal that I knew of through an email that I received. I thought it was a ???to good to be true ??? type of email and I did find that I had missed some small print. All of us know that our busy lives make the little stuff easy to miss. Even though I admitted to reading the sale carelessly the staff at St J Auto wanted to make it happen AND MAKE ME HAPPY. Which they did! I am very pleased w my purchase of a new 2018 GMC Sierra . A fantastic truck and a fantastic deal from a fantastic team!
