I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I bought this after going to the dealer just to look at colors. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500 LTZ that I loved. There was my down payment and took this Denali home. Only 2 options. Paint and moonroof. I thought my chevy with 3.42 gears was quick. This one goes with 3.23's. The ride is great. Fit and finish are perfect. My only complaint is this Bose/Apple play radio is not what the 2016 Bose was.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Professional Team; Transparency Was Close but Not Quite There I worked primarily with Christina, who was fantastic. She was kind, organized, and always respectful of my preference for email communication between client sessions. Lou stayed engaged as well, and we came very close to a deal. I even received an email at one point from their general manager, which I appreciated and took as a good sign. Overall, the experience was decent, and I truly appreciate the effort, especially from Christina. The team has strong potential to deliver a great, transparent experience. I’d be happy to consider working with them again in the future.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

We were not really ready to purchase a vehicle, just wanted to see what was out there after my 2008 Chrysler Aspen's rod went out 3 days before leaving for Florida. Stopped at AutoNation Toyota Ft. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I had an oil change for my Honda Accord. Only took about an hour. Logan Clark did a great job of getting me in and out quickly.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

All AutoNation are not the same. I been buying high end cars all of my life including Porsche, Mercedes, BMW. I sold my Audi and needed a car so i went to AutoNation, The car I found was at AutoNation MB Orlando. It was a one owner MB S550 27K miles all service records. I called the MB Dealer to see if the car was available spoke to Brian Alburtus to ask about the condition of the car because it was not certified. I asked him if he could left me know the condition of the car {scratches dents curb rash ect}. His response was" of course it will have (scratches minor dents and curb rash we price it so we don't have to deal with it". This was so odd it insulted me. I called back felt a message for GM no return call. I called THIRD time spoke to used car Manager Herb he went to look at car said it was clean. . I then contact AutoNation Ft Myers to see if they could move the car down to FT Myers. Here the complete opposite experience I spoke to Hunter he said he Spoke to GM Tony and the decided to move the car into there inventory i put down a 1000 deposit. "come and see if you like it" I did come and see and bought the car. Talk about a complete different experience they were concerned about me and my needs. When the day came to pick up the car, I felt right at home all the nervous tension that come from talking to AutoNation MB Orlando was gone. I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Nonetheless the rep was very forthright with the car info and felt no hard selling on their end. Always appreciated when your not there in person to make personal contact.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.
